工作原理
在一定温度下,低纯度氮气中的残氧与碳载催化剂提供的碳发生氧化反应;C﹢O2=CO2生成的CO2经变压吸附工艺去除及深度脱水,得到高纯度氮气。
Under a certain temperature, oxygen gas and carbon provided from catalyst have oxidation reaction C ﹢ O2 = CO2 .The CO2 and water removed by the PSA technology, finally get the high purity N2.
